Warranty for DOM products

If you have decided in favor of a ix Saturn or a factory made ix 6 SR single coded lock or locking system and have purchased the system after 30th June 2005 DOM offers you something special:

an additional warranty for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.

You simply have to register here in the Internet within 1 month from purchasing. After your data have been checked and if they are in compliance with the warranty terms your warranty certificate will then be sent to you by post.

Warranty terms for coded single locks:

• Purchase of the coded single lock after 30th June 2005
• Registering in the Internet within 1 month from date of purchase
• Maintenance according to care instructions
  
  

Warranty terms for locking systems:

• Purchase of the locking system after 30th June 2005
• Registering in the Internet within 1 month from date of purchase
• In addition, annual servicing must be carried out by a dealer authorised by DOM in accordance with the service and maintenance contract recommended by DOM. Evidence of proper servicing is provided when the dealer authorised by DOM documents the carrying out of the service on the sent warranty certificate by means of his signature, date and company stamp.
